What did you most enjoy? –  The energy it gave me that early in the morning

What did you find challenging and why? –  I lack upper body strength so it was challenging to do some of the poses

Observations –  I loved it and I'm going back next week!

Observations – I realized how much I like to dance, I just need more confidence.

Notes: The ego: I get really frustrated when I sing a wrong note or it sounds horrible and she always tells me that is my ego getting in the way and I'm then singing for myself instead of singing and being present in the song.

My blending was a lot better than it has been and my support is getting stronger.

Areas for improvement –  Confidence!

Notes: I'm still trying to decide if I want to use this song for the Jason Robert Brown class. Hmmm?

Successes – I felt like my blending has definitely improved with this song and my energy was good. 

Areas for improvement – I still need to working on the "crying" to get some of the higher notes and not push my voice.

Technical Concepts - breath support and transition between head and chest voice
Minutes - 25 Min

Repertoire - Church Christmas songs: What Child Is This, We Three Kings, and Mary Did You Know?
Minutes – 30 Min

Successes –  My breath support was strong throughout the entire Mass

Areas for improvement – My transitions were weak, I could hear/feel the break in my voice as I transitioned between head and chest voice.

Notes: I feel I slack on my technique when I sing at church and I just need to remember what I know how to do and actually do it!
